Job Title: Duty Manager Coffee Club

The primary objective of this role is to assume leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Store Leader and ensure seamless store operations.

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Manage and control stock levels, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely ordering procedures are in place.
  • Train and develop all team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain high standards of presentation, hygiene, service, product quality, and security at all times.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar leadership role, possess excellent Barista skills or kitchen capabilities, and be able to demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Key Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Duty Manager or equivalent role.
  • Proven ability to lead by example and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
