Job Title: Principal Windows Systems Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Windows Systems Architect to lead our Windows systems infrastructure across the enterprise. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, deployment, and management of Windows systems infrastructure and associated services such as Active Directory, Group Policies, and DNS services.

  • Develop and automate system processes to reduce manual intervention and minimize operational overhead.
  • Implement and manage infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform, Cloud Formation, Ansible, or similar technologies.
  • Participate in incident management processes, quickly identifying and resolving issues, and conducting root cause analysis to prevent future incidents.
  • Collaborate closely with other engineering teams to enhance security, reliability, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deploy scalable Windows systems infrastructure solutions.
  • Develop and maintain scripts and automation tools to streamline system administration tasks.
  • Implement and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience leading Windows systems infrastructure projects.
  • Expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Cloud Formation.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Python, PowerShell).
