Job Title:

Intensive Family Support Caseworker

About the Role:

This position provides high-quality, trauma-informed casework to support families in need. Our team works closely with children, young people, and their families to ensure their safety and well-being.

Duties:
  • Participate in an on-call service to provide 24-hour support
  • Work within a child protection framework to address safety and risk for children and families
  • Mandatory reporting as required by legislation
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
  • Casework experience working with children, young people, and families
  • Knowledge of child protection laws and procedures
  • Effective case management skills using a strength-based approach
