Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the Store Manager in ensuring the store is visually stunning, managing inventory, and optimising product displays.
  • Leading and motivating our sales team, fostering a positive and energetic work environment.
  • Demonstrating exceptional customer service skills, going above and beyond to make every customer's visit memorable.
  • Solving problems efficiently, making quick and effective decisions.
  • Contributing to the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Maintaining a safe environment for customers and colleagues.

As a Store Operations Manager, you should possess strong verbal communication skills, leadership abilities, and a self-motivated attitude with a focus on prioritizing team and customer safety. You should also be able to coach the team, think strategically, and drive change through influencing others.

The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
