About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at our Mildura store. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and leading the store operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results.
  • Assist the Store Manager in managing store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer experience.
  • Recruit, train, and develop store team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and report on store performance, including sales, customer feedback, and team engagement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Assistant Store Manager or in a similar leadership role in a retail environment.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to lead by example.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
