A sought-after professional is required to work in Perth, Australia. This role involves supporting the site team in preventing injuries and simplifying processes across facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the HSE site team in preventing fatality and serious injury, and streamlining processes across facilities.
  • Be a key focal point for regulatory and joint venture engagements, including reporting incidents and investigation outcomes.
  • Work closely with WHS Process Safety and Produce Environment teams as required.
  • Lead and/or support asset and functional HSE projects.
  • Support incident investigation, including participating in, reviewing and/or facilitating approved methodologies.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to provide clear direction and advice to support safe execution of work scopes in line with updated concepts.
  • Relevant understanding of Western Australian and Commonwealth legislation in a field environment.
  • Ability to influence without authority and build respectful relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to proactively influence improvements in prevention efforts and environmental performance.
  • Qualifications in Health, Safety and Environment.
  • Minimum 5 years of HSE experience.
  • Experience in working in a resource company operating site, in health & safety.
  • MSIC and TBOISET qualifications.
