Personal Care Worker

We are seeking individuals who possess a genuine passion for delivering high-quality care and support to vulnerable adults in residential settings.

This role requires a strong focus on ensuring the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents are met. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised care plans that promote dignity, respect, and autonomy.

  • Provide personal care assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as medication management, meal preparation, and laundry.
  • Support residents with their mobility and transfer needs, using equipment and techniques appropriate to their requirements.
  • Encourage and assist residents with their social and recreational activities, promoting engagement and stimulation.

You will require a Certificate III or IV in Individual Support/Aged Care, Certificate in Disability, or be a nursing student currently studying. A strong understanding of aged care principles and practices is essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
