The OpportunityWe're seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our Dynamic Asset Allocation (DAA) team. As a key member of our Investment Team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing investment strategies that align with our risk-taking mandates.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the DAA team in developing and maintaining asset allocation models and frameworks.
- Conduct risk and valuation analysis for major asset classes and strategies.
- Recommend and manage active beta risk budgets and provide dynamic beta recommendations.
- Collaborate with the Economic and Capital Market Analysis team to align and harmonise beta exposure assessments.
- Oversee the deployment of data and technology to improve insights and efficiency.
- University degree in Economics, Commerce, Finance, or Engineering.
- Postgraduate studies or professional accreditation in a related field.
- Significant experience in the investment industry, with a strong understanding of asset class exposures and characteristics.
- Superior practical quantitative analysis skills and experience with modelling platforms.
