The Role

This position is a casual role working across our Bundall & Burleigh clubs. As a Membership Consultant, you'll play a key role in driving membership growth and ensuring our current members continue to feel supported on their fitness journey. You'll work closely with the club team to:

• Generate leads and convert them into memberships

• Retain current members by promoting our culture and services

• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships

• Assist with marketing efforts and local business engagement

• Must be available to work on Saturdays to maintain our welcoming, clean and vibrant club standards

• With the opportunity to go Permanent Part Time for the right candidate

If considered for the role, you'll need these certificates:

• Cert III Fitness + Cert IV Fitness (not required)

• Working with Children Check

About You

We're looking for passionate individuals who are ready to be the best in the game Here's what makes you could bring to our club:

• Passion for health and fitness is a must

• Gym knowledge would be an advantage

• Candidate must love our members as much as we do

• Experience with customer service and basic computer skills would be preferred.

• Proven experience in sales, achieving goals, and thriving in a competitive environment

• Confidence in your skills, with strong time management and organizational abilities

• Committed to fostering an inclusive gym culture and building a strong community

• Ability to support and promote local businesses

• Excellent communication skills, both in-person and over the phone, with the ability to engage and welcome new people

• Strong work ethic, a collaborative mindset, and a drive for continuous growth and career advancement
