The Role:Membership Consultants are the "Engine Room" of our business.
They promoteand represent our Company, it's values and culture.
They seek out new members and demonstrate to them whyFitness CartelAustralia is the best place for them to reach their fitness goals.As a Membership Consultant for our new club, you'll manage the huge volume of incoming leads, drive community outreach, respond to sales and Fitness Cartel enquiries, close deals, and build lasting relationships—all in a five-star health club environment.
For the first 3 months, you'll be part of the pre-sale team, generating excitement around the upcoming gym, giving tours during the build phase, and starring in social media content.

Key Responsibilities:New membership sales - manage and grow the club member base.Generate leads, using creative & varied techniques to ensure a constant flow of incoming leads, including actively promoting the facilities to local businesses & the community.Achieving the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities.Providing sales presentations and tours to prospective members.Demonstrating club facilities to prospective members and highlighting features and benefits that meet identified fitness needs.Creating great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions.Achieving successful outcomes to enquiries.Tracking leads, appointments & sales daily on our CRM.Working with your team to meet and exceed membership sales targets and other KPI's.Follow directions, prioritise & complete tasks in a timely manner.Perform other related duties.Whatyou'll need to succeed:3+ Years Previous sales experience, preferably in the Fitness Industry but not mandatory.A financially motivated person with natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals.Experience in a KPI driven environment with a pro-active Lead Generation mindset.Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life, and a desire to help people succeed with their goals.The ability to solve problems, and overcome obstacles.Outstanding communication abilities - able to listen, understand, empathise and influence others.Customer-focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes.Ability to be a role model and live by healthy values and behaviours while being passionate about the gym brand you work for.A "can do" attitude with a thirst for learning & ambition for growth.Be reliable, proactive, punctual, professional & well-presented.What we'll offer you in return:A Thriving Culture:Be part of the fitness industry's most exciting and rapidly expanding brand.Career Growth:Opportunities for training, development, and advancement through our Future Leaders program.Perks:FREE gym membership to all Fitness Cartel locations.Discounts on supplements, apparel, and café products.Access to Merse Wellness Spas at discounted rates.Birthday Leave - have your birthday off, and get paid for it
