Requirements

  • Previous experience in a high-end dining environment as a Section Waiter, Runner, or Host.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including effective communication and conflict resolution.
  • Basic proficiency in Japanese (preferred, but not essential).
  • WSET Wine & Sake certification (highly desirable).
