Deputy Head of Secondary

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated educational leader to support the Head of Secondary in leading the operational management of Years 7-12.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and implementing student wellbeing initiatives aligned with the College's purpose, leading the Wellbeing Team to deliver wellbeing and pastoral care services effectively, and ensuring alignment of student discipline and wellbeing practices with College policies.

  • Serve as a key member of the leadership team to drive student wellbeing and academic excellence.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance student wellbeing and engagement.
  • Lead a team to deliver wellbeing and pastoral care services that cater to diverse student needs.
  • Maintain compliance with College policies and procedures related to student discipline and wellbeing.

The successful applicant will have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, actively attend their local church, and demonstrate a commitment to the vision of the College. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
