Job Title: Secondary School Leadership Position

We are seeking an experienced and passionate educational leader to join our school community as a Secondary School Leader. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a positive impact on the lives of our students.

About the Role:

The successful applicant will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of educational programs that promote student engagement, wellbeing outcomes, and academic success. They will work closely with teachers, staff, and parents to create a collaborative and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead curriculum development and pedagogy to enhance student engagement and wellbeing outcomes
  • Incorporate Catholic beliefs and practices into all aspects of learning and teaching, including Catholic Social Teaching
  • Develop and implement initiatives that improve learning, engagement, and wellbeing outcomes for all students
  • Cultivate coaching, mentoring, and school-wide activities that develop knowledge, practice, and professional engagement in others

Selection Criteria:

  • Relevant teaching and postgraduate qualifications at Masters Level in Educational Leadership or equivalent, or willingness to obtain
  • Broad experience in curriculum, pedagogy, and leading collaborative cultures
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate Catholic beliefs and practices into all aspects of learning and teaching, including Catholic Social Teaching
