Job Overview
We are seeking a specialist to join our client operations team. This role is perfect for someone who loves technology and has a passion for people.
This specialist will contribute to helping clients achieve their goals by streamlining processes, driving revenue, and improving the customer experience.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Suggest content strategies and design layouts aligned with short-term and long-term client initiatives.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose complex technical issues and implement solutions using internal systems and SQL.
- Manage a queue of requests submitted through our support portal (JIRA). Provide updates on daily progress to clients and team members with detailed written communication.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, QA, project management, and implementation teams to troubleshoot problems, improve processes, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Support ongoing system and process documentation needs, which includes writing functionality and training documentation and leading client and internal training sessions.
- Perform regression testing on new software releases.
- Assist with or lead special projects as needed.
Your Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Related experience in ticketing or guest-facing service industry preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively to various audiences.
- Outstanding general computer skills including Microsoft suite of products and Outlook required.
- Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence or other service desk systems.
- Comfortable using JSON and HTML.
- Ability to learn quickly, grasp complex concepts, and use acute attention to detail while problem solving.
