Record Manager Specialist

Our organization is seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Health Information Officer.
The Job Description:- This position plays a vital role in supporting patient care by managing health records accurately and efficiently.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for processing requests for the release of information contained in clinical records, received from various sources including patients, legal entities, and third parties.
Copies of medical records, statements of attendance, summaries of injury, expert witness statements, and subpoena production are all part of the portfolio of duties undertaken by this officer. Additionally, enquiries related to birth and adoption information for specific hospitals in NSW also form part of the responsibilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
