Job Title: EDRMS Administrator
We are seeking a seasoned EDRMS administrator to play a key role in delivering enhancements for a Content Manager Improvement Project. This is a hands-on role requiring both technical expertise and a deep understanding of best practice records management.
About The Role
You'll be responsible for redesigning a Business Classification Scheme, developing a new Security Scheme, and implementing Microsoft Teams integration with Content Manager. This is a complex project that requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail. If you have experience as a Content Manager System Administrator and can deliver results under pressure, we'd love to hear from you.
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Content Manager System Administrator
- Proven track record in developing Business Classification Schemes and Security Schemes
- Experience with registration templates and system configuration
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams integration into Content Manager (highly regarded)
- Strong understanding of records management standards and compliance requirements
Durations and Benefits
This contract will last for approximately six months. You will be paid on an hourly rate and will work out of the Sydney North Shore office. Seniority level is mid-senior. As this is a temporary job function, we're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and adapt quickly to our systems and processes.
