Job Title: Asset Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage fleet database information.
  • Renew registrations and conduct roadworthy inspections.
  • Handle general inquiries from drivers and site contacts.
  • Process recharge requests from leasing companies, including stakeholder approvals.
  • Use data analysis tools to interpret and report on data.
  • Support the category management team in data analytics requirements.
  • Identify process improvements and implement changes.
  • Report on past events, issues, and trends.
  • Act as a liaison between departments.
Requirements:
  • Experience in fleet management, including vehicle leasing and dealing with roads and transport authorities.
  • Excellent organizational skills and communication abilities.
  • Ability to make decisions that drive business outcomes.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems like SAP and Ariba.
  • Strong leadership and customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow up on contractual documentation.
  • Contract administration experience.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage large volumes of work.
