We are seeking a legal professional to fill a key role within our organization.

About the Role
  • Provide legal support across various commercial and project-related matters throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assist in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating key agreements with contractors, regulators, and other stakeholders.
  • Work closely with business teams to ensure project success.
  • Support engagement with external advisors and counterparties to progress transactions and manage risk.
  • Contribute to broader strategic initiatives and provide guidance on compliance and governance matters.
Key Requirements
  • Admitted as a lawyer in Australia.
  • Practising experience in construction or major projects law for 3-6 years.
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Genuine interest in the renewable energy sector and a pragmatic, solutions-focused mindset.
