We are seeking a skilled Service Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality services in Melbourne and surrounding areas.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate High-Quality Service Delivery: Oversee daily operations and ensure client-centred care that enhances quality of life for individuals with disabilities and older adults.
- Lead and Supervise Staff: Provide effective leadership, supervision, and training to support workers, fostering a safe and respectful environment focused on continuous development and high-quality service.
- Manage Individual Client Support Plans: Ensure all client plans are current, compliant, and implemented appropriately, with accurate documentation to support care delivery and funding requirements.
- Ensure Compliance and Quality Standards: Maintain adherence to all relevant policies, procedures, and industry standards, supporting audit readiness and accurate record-keeping.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Actively contribute to service improvements by identifying opportunities to enhance client outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in leading and managing teams in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in social work, healthcare, or a related field.
