Enterprise Rent-A-Car is seeking experienced customer service and retail sales professionals to join our team.

We are offering a unique opportunity for individuals who possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

As a Rental Sales Agent, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.

Responsibilities include:

* Providing exceptional customer service at our car rental counter
* Handling bookings and customer phone enquiries with ease and professionalism
* Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our vehicles on return of rentals
* Identifying opportunities to upsell and promote additional services to our customers

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Outstanding customer service skills
* Ability to identify customer needs and make sales
* Ability to learn and operate our point-of-sale software
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Flexibility and willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
