Occupational Health Services Director

As a visionary leader, you have the opportunity to shape the future of occupational health services in Australia.

This strategic leadership role requires you to drive innovation, influence stakeholders, and inspire leaders to achieve ambitious KPIs and return-to-work outcomes. You will oversee financial performance, budgets, and modelling to maximise outcomes and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

You will be responsible for championing growth strategies, including tender submissions, new service lines, and grants. With autonomy and growth opportunities, you will build a bespoke leadership team and receive rewards and recognition tied to performance, retention, and strategic success.

In this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in Allied Health, preferably Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, or similar
  • Registration with relevant professional bodies in Australia
  • Proven senior leadership experience within Occupational Rehabilitation
  • Strong financial acumen – budgeting, modelling, and performance metrics
