Job Title: Senior Director Work Health Safety

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Director to lead our Work Health and Safety (WHS) function. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, advice, and coordination to ensure a safe and accountable healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic direction across work health safety service delivery areas, including WHS advisory, support, strategy development, and implementation.
  • Manage the CHS Work Health Safety Management System (WHSMS) and coordinate health safety representative training and ongoing support.
  • Oversight and support in WHS consultation and communication arrangements, staff incident reporting, and early intervention physiotherapy services.
