Complex Project Manager

A seasoned project leader is required to oversee the delivery of complex projects.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in EPC project management, team leadership and a deep understanding of the electric power industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination with stakeholders
- Delivering assigned tasks and milestones on time, within budget and at the required level of quality and safety
- Proactively identifying, assessing and mitigating risks to minimize negative impacts
- Managing scope changes through systematic and controlled processes
- Fostering strong relationships between project teams, line managers and interfacing organizations
- Mentoring junior project managers
- Ensuring effective project handover and acceptance testing
- Developing comprehensive project plans with clear focus on critical timelines and resource allocation
- Conducting regular project status updates and coordinating milestone achievements
- Overseeing quality and safety for the entire project lifecycle
