Senior Cyber Security Delivery Lead

Delivering high-impact cyber security initiatives is a key responsibility of this exciting opportunity. As Senior Cyber Security Delivery Lead, you will take ownership of leading cross-functional teams and driving delivery across complex technology environments.

This role requires strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the opportunity to make a tangible difference in an organisation's cyber security and technology transformation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • End-to-end project delivery across cyber initiatives, ensuring scope, milestones, and benefits are achieved.
  • Monitoring and managing project timelines, critical paths, dependencies, risks, and issues.
  • Building and leading high-performing project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
  • Driving change management and communication to ensure successful adoption across multiple geographies.
  • Managing relationships with executive stakeholders, business owners, and third-party vendors.
  • Establishing and maintaining governance structures, reporting rhythms, and decision-making frameworks.
  • Promoting continuous improvement within project delivery through retrospectives and shared learnings.

Requirements for this position include:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering large-scale technology or cyber security projects.
  • Skilled at leading dispersed teams across Asia Pacific, with the ability to guide BAU resources through delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile experience highly regarded).
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Commercial acumen with experience managing vendor and third-party relationships.
  • Adaptable, hands-on, and able to drive outcomes in complex environments.
  • Formal project management qualifications and/or tertiary education advantageous.
