Job Overview

This role focuses on delivering exceptional service to guests, ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure. Key responsibilities include securing guest vehicles, delivering bags and amenities according to hotel policies, and collaborating with the Front Office team to ensure operational tasks are completed efficiently.

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, be knowledgeable about the hotel and its surroundings, and have the ability to provide expert recommendations to exceed guest expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized experiences for guests through exceptional service.
  • Park guest vehicles securely, manage luggage delivery and amenities according to hotel standards.
  • Support the Front Office team in operational tasks to maintain seamless guest experiences.
  • Provide guests with detailed information about hotel features and offerings.
  • Be knowledgeable about local activities and provide tailored recommendations to meet guest needs.
  • Develop relationships with both existing and new guests, enhancing their loyalty and encouraging repeat bookings.
  • Offer expert advice on local attractions, handle mail and parcels, and perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
  • Holding a valid driver's license is mandatory.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a luxury environment, is highly desirable.
  • Candidates must have working rights in Australia to be considered.
