Club Team Leader Job

We are seeking an experienced Club Team Leader to lead the club shift and support their team in operational tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences, exceeding expectations with expert knowledge of the luxury hotel and its surroundings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the club shift and support the team in general operational tasks.
  • Be an expert on the luxury hotel and its surroundings to exceed guest expectations.
  • Assist guests with check-in and departure processes, as well as provide dedicated club concierge services.
  • Provide food and beverage service throughout the club lounge's 5 daily meal periods.
  • Handle general enquiries and go above and beyond to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests, showcasing legendary service and driving future bookings.
  • Take guest reservations and perform cash handling and credit card responsibilities.
  • Oversee service standards, identify areas for improvement, and implement initiatives to enhance the guest experience.
  • Empower team members by providing motivation and support, promoting a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience with property management systems or similar.
  • Food and beverage service experience preferred.
  • Hold a Responsible Serving of Alcohol certificate.
  • Relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Working rights in Australia.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and energized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude.
