Part Time Disability Support Worker | Orange, NSW

60 hours per fortnight

As our team grows, we're looking for caring, reliable, and motivated individuals to join us as Part Time Disability Support Workers.About the Role:You'll be providing personalised, strengths-based support to people living with disability, helping them achieve their goals and participate in everyday life with more independence and joy.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting daily living activities (personal care, meal prep, cleaning)
  • Assisting with transport, appointments, and community access
  • Building strong, respectful relationships with clients
  • Helping participants work towards their NDIS goals

Expectations:

  • A genuine passion for helping others
  • A fun, friendly attitude and a team player
  • You'll need to be available for at least one weekend per fortnight and able to work a mix of shifts rostered between 7am and 8pm.

What You'll Need:

  • Experience or qualifications in disability/community services (preferred, not essential)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current First Aid & CPR
  • Driver's licence and your own reliable vehicle

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $29.00 – $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
