Role Overview

Care Workers form the backbone of our at-home care services, providing essential support to older Australians in their own homes.

As a valued member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality care and enhancing the lives of our clients. You may be involved in assisting with daily tasks such as household cleaning, showering, dressing, food preparation, continence support, medication assistance, and transport.

Develop genuine connections with your clients, helping them live their best possible lives by providing individualized support and care. Collaborate closely with our dedicated team to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional client outcomes.

Support for Your Role
  • A comprehensive orientation program and buddy shifts are provided to ensure your success
  • Direct access to a dedicated supervisor for ongoing support and guidance
  • Access to a dedicated learning and development team for ongoing professional development and career pathways

Our Care Workers have an unrestricted Australian Driver Licence and a reliable vehicle with Third Party Property Damage Insurance to transport clients safely. They are strong communicators with resilience and patience, proficient users of smartphone technology, apps, and email.

Requirements and Qualifications
