We are seeking an experienced and proactive finance professional to join our shopping centre management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage general office functions, ensuring seamless administrative operations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, promoting a positive business environment
  • Ensure timely rental arrears collection and retailer payment plans are implemented efficiently
  • Support the Centre Manager in overseeing daily operations and providing exceptional customer service
  • Process accounts payable/receivable and manage data analysis, reporting, and marketing activities
  • Oversee the maintenance of the office IT platform and implement system updates as needed
  • Develop and maintain administrative systems and policies, ensuring compliance and efficiency
Requirements:
  • Superb communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders
  • Proven experience in a similar finance/administration role, preferably in retail or shopping centres
  • A resourceful and enthusiastic professional with a 'can-do' attitude, able to adapt to changing priorities
