Seeking a dedicated and compassionate support worker to provide personalized care and support to NDIS participants in Sydney.

  • Maintain a safe and respectful environment, assisting with daily living activities, social participation, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and other domestic tasks.
  • Foster independence and build positive relationships with participants.
About You:
  • A female due to personal care and privacy needs of the participants.
  • Experience working with NDIS participants or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a genuine passion for making a difference.
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A current NDIS Worker Screening Check and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • A valid driver's license and own transportation are required.
  • Australian Working Rights.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Support participants with mobility issues, providing physical assistance as needed.
  • Encourage social participation, helping participants engage in community activities and events.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of support activities.
