As a Project Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in coordinating project activities, resources, and information to ensure successful project delivery.

Working alongside experienced project managers, you'll contribute to the development of project schedules, action plans, and risk management strategies.

Key skills required for this role include:

  • Experience as a Project Coordinator with a proven track record of preparing and interpreting project documentation.
  • Strong familiarity with risk management principles and quality assurance processes.
  • Excellent communication and customer-focused skills, with working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner.
  • PMP / PRINCE2 certification is highly regarded.

A typical day in this role will involve:

  • Coordinating project activities, resources, and communicating project status to all stakeholders.
  • Ensuring client needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identifying and analysing risks and opportunities.
  • Using tools to monitor working hours, plans, and expenditures.
  • Monitoring project progress, handling issues that arise, and assigning tasks to internal teams.
