Job Description:

The Advanced Practitioner role is dedicated to helping people make positive changes to their lives. This involves working with complex and high-risk offenders on court orders, providing dynamic case management practice and connecting them to community programs and services.

As an Advanced Practitioner, you will be responsible for conducting risk assessments, preparing case plans, and providing interventions to help individuals overcome their challenges.
