The organisation is seeking a Payroll Operations Coordinator to provide administrative support to the finance team. This role will entail managing various tasks, requiring strong accuracy and organisational skills, with a friendly and positive nature.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate data records and filing systems
- Ensure up-to-date employee records are maintained
- Assist manager with financial management and budgeting
- Manage records, receipts, transactions, invoices, and balance sheets
- Reconcile large volumes of data
- Provide customer service and dispute resolution
- Liaise with internal departments for seamless operations
- Support Finance Manager with various finance projects and process improvements
The ideal candidate will possess experience in payroll administration, with proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and Accounting software (Xero). Strong communication skills and a high degree of accuracy are essential for success in this role.
