Job Title: Grants Services Officer

The role involves administering and facilitating court ordered grants in a high quality customer service environment. As part of the Court Ordered Team within Grants and Quality Assurance (GQA), you will be responsible for providing support to internal and external stakeholders.

About the Role:
  • Customer Service Expertise: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including legally aided clients, lawyers, Community Legal Centres and the Courts.
  • Grant Administration: Administer and allocate court ordered grants to lawyers across Victoria.

This role requires outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse social and cultural backgrounds.

About You:
  • Exceptional Organisational Skills: Possess exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise your workload to meet tight deadlines with attention to detail.
  • Team Player: A team player who will work collaboratively and build strong relationships.
  • Key Qualifications: Experience in data entry, reception, clerical or call centre work, or legal administration. General knowledge and understanding of legal systems and procedures.
