Job Title: Grants Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the successful delivery of our grants management function. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing grant administration processes, implementing program monitoring and evaluation systems, and providing strategic thinking and future planning.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent knowledge of cultural and social contexts, as well as strong experience working with diverse communities and advisory groups. They will also have demonstrated public sector leadership expertise and experience in managing accountability and performance of grants programs.

In this role, you will utilise high-level expertise to oversee change management initiatives and integrated approaches to deliver strategic and operational objectives. You will also ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a relevant tertiary qualification in business management, public administration, or social policy. A Certificate of Aboriginality (CoA) may also be required for certain roles.
