Senior Analyst / Manager Job Summary
Salesforce is seeking an experienced Senior Analyst / Manager to lead our Public Sector Sales Programs team. This role involves driving pipeline generation and enhancing sales productivity through strategic program execution, working closely with sales teams to analyze data and design targeted programs to address pipeline needs.

Key Performance Indicators
  • Successfully design and implement targeted programs to address pipeline needs and boost AE productivity.
  • Effectively lead demand generation initiatives and AE up-skilling programs.
  • Significantly improve sales team engagement and performance.
  • Successfully roll out programs across ANZ in partnership with APAC and global teams.
  • Develop and maintain scalable business processes with Marketing, Enablement, and Sales Operations.
  • Deliver clear and compelling communication to Sales Leaders and Representatives.
  • Ensure program alignment with business priorities and manage senior stakeholder relationships.
  • Track and report on pipeline health and program effectiveness.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.
