We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Pre-Delivery department at our regional Queensland dealership. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support throughout the vehicle delivery process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome customers to the dealership, providing a warm and professional welcome
  • Assist the retail department with customer inquiries and vehicle preparation
  • Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing delays
  • Organize and manage the Pre-Delivery department, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service
  • Handle phone and email inquiries from customers, providing prompt and accurate responses
Requirements
  • Experience as a Service Advisor or Parts Interpreter, with a strong background in customer service and mechanical knowledge
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in dealership software
  • Full Australian working rights and a valid open car license
