Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive individual to provide exceptional support to our Executive Leadership Team. This pivotal role requires strong organisational skills, technical expertise, and discretion.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide confidential administrative support to senior leaders, including calendar management, correspondence, and reporting.
  • Ensure seamless coordination of governance frameworks, leadership teams, and board-level committees.
  • Develop and implement effective systems for minute-taking, action tracking, and priority setting.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and databases, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
  • Collaborate with other support staff to ensure smooth operation during peak periods or leave.
Key Requirements:
  • 8+ years supporting C-suite executives or equivalent roles.
  • Strong background in navigating complex organisations and managing high-level stakeholders.
  • Proven experience supporting governance frameworks, leadership teams, and board-level committees.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Experience with Diligent Board Books (desirable).

  • Master of calendars, priorities, and adapting to changing circumstances.
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and confident in handling confidential information.
