The Opportunity

This role involves managing multiple client accounts from inception to launch and beyond, serving as the primary point of contact and building long-term relationships based on trust and delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of clients across various app development projects from concept through MVP to release and ongoing development.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align development, design, and client expectations.
  • Track and communicate project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables clearly and proactively.
  • Identify and resolve risks or issues to keep projects moving forward.

Regular updates and stage reviews will be conducted with clients, ensuring alignment with project objectives and identifying opportunities for growth and enhancement.

About You

We require an individual with 5+ years of experience in account management, client services, or project ownership within the technology or app-related sector. A strong understanding of digital projects, technology concepts, or app development lifecycles is essential.
