Job Title: Customer Service Officer

This role involves managing large order volumes through the EDI process from receipt to invoice.

Key responsibilities include acting as a focal point between internal teams and external clients, coordinating service delivery, and demonstrating good time management and problem-solving skills on a daily basis.

The ideal candidate will have experience in business customer service and account management, along with a strong end-to-end EDI ordering system background.

A high level of proficiency in picking up new software is also required, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills.
