Housing Coordinator Job Role

The Housing Coordinator serves a pivotal function in supporting the management team with administrative tasks, ensuring seamless operations of our housing facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Distribute mail, order supplies, answer phones, and greet visitors in a professional manner.
  2. Assist with clerical duties related to accounting, payroll, receiving, and human resources, including data entry and record maintenance.
  3. Greet customers, clients, and employees, answering inquiries or directing calls as needed.
  4. Maintain office memoranda and informative postings.
  5. Operate technology, systems, and software, such as voicemail, copy/scanners, personal computers, and MS Office.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Cleaning employee common areas.
  • Maintaining the employee fitness center.
  • Organizing on-site recreational events.
  • Inventory Management.
  • Checking in residents to units.
  • Linen management.
  • Conducting regular health and safety inspections.
  • Submitting maintenance work orders.
