We're looking for an Assistant Category Buyer to join our womenswear team.

About the Role:
  • You will drive company-wide strategies and objectives.
  • Assist in category procurement and inventory management.
  • Work with your Category Buyer and Senior Category Buyer to monitor inventory levels and maintain adequate stock levels.
  • Evaluate vendor performance and assist in the selection and deactivation process.
  • Negotiate favourable terms and conditions for contracts with vendors.
  • Identify vendor supply chain challenges through regular quality assurance reviews.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Resolve issues or discrepancies with orders, invoices, or deliveries.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and industry regulations.
  • Manage vendor admin to ensure accuracy.
  • Analyse data, interpret trends, and propose informed decisions based on data.
  • Develop relationships with suppliers and work collaboratively to achieve mutual goals.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Vendor Management, Operations, and Finance.
