This P&P Consultant role offers an opportunity to work alongside a highly experienced team who can support your ER and generalist capability.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Advising and HR business partnering
  • Providing support to internal customers on all people and employment matters to deliver cultural and business objectives
  • Working across the range of employment relations
  • Developing remuneration recommendations and supporting remuneration and performance cycles
  • Engaging in cultural streams like diversity, inclusion, people engagement, and mental health initiatives

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • 1+ years of ER and generalist HR experience
  • Relevant degree or diploma (e.g. HR Management)
  • Understanding how to manage performance
  • Strong customer focus and desire to provide great experience to internal customers
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Experience in contact centre industry and/or retail operations is desirable.
