We're looking for a People Experience Analyst to join our People & Culture team and turn data into actionable insights that enhance our people strategy and culture.

• Melbourne, CBD Location
• Hybrid Working Arrangement (3 days in office)

What does the role entail?

• Partner with the People & Culture team to improve employee experiences across the employee lifecycle – onboarding, engagement, performance, and offboarding.
• Manage HRIS platforms, drive self-service reporting, and ensure accurate people data flows to Payroll.
• Analyse employee lifecycle and engagement data to identify opportunities, inform decisions, and provide insights to the CPO and Executive team.
• Maintain People & Culture metrics, including ESG, and deliver reporting for Board, ExCo, and key stakeholders.
• Identify ways to simplify processes, improve communication, and enhance employee engagement.

What you'll bring:

• Experience in People & Culture, HR, People Analytics, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and survey tools (iChris and/or Workleap experience desirable)
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tell a story through data.
• Passionate about employee experience and continuously improving how people feel at work.
