Job Title

A compassionate and dedicated Support Worker is sought to join our dynamic team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals with their daily living needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients with household chores and grocery shopping
  • Assist with medication and attend medical appointments
  • Engage in social inclusion and community access activities
  • Develop independent living skills and implement behaviour management strategies
  • Provide personal care and support as needed

Requirements:

  • Blue Card for Working with Children (currently hold or be eligible to apply for)
  • NDIS Worker Screening (currently hold or be eligible to apply for)
  • Driver's licence and own vehicle with comprehensive insurance
  • NDIS E-Learning modules
  • Smartphone with internet access
