Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our community, you will provide personalized support to individuals with varying disabilities, empowering them to live fulfilling lives.

You will be responsible for providing direct care and support, assisting with daily living activities, and supporting individuals in attending medical appointments and accessing community resources.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a patient and empathetic nature, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain prior to commencement
  • Availability to work across a full shift pattern (mornings, evenings, and sleepovers)
  • Valid unrestricted drivers' license
  • Experience supporting people with disabilities in community or residential settings
  • Background in related support fields such as mental health, aged care, etc.
