At Gracehaven Aged Care Service, we require a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Worker to provide essential support to residents who need assistance with daily living tasks.
The successful candidate will have the skills and qualifications required to deliver high-quality care in accordance with our Positive Wellbeing Model of Care.
- Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing physical and emotional support to residents who require assistance with daily living tasks.
- Maintaining dignity and confidentiality at all times.
- Undertaking and completing delegated tasks from the Registered Nurse.
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent.
- Completion of HLTHPS006 – Assist clients with medication unit of competency.
- Current National Police Certificate or ability to acquire.
- Australian Work Rights.
