Scientific Veterinarian Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Scientific Veterinarian to lead initiatives with a strong scientific focus and support other projects where veterinary consultancy adds value.

This includes participating in cross-functional teams, reviewing scientific content for marketing materials, education programs, and training resources, and supporting our Consumer Care team with advice on complex nutrition cases.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Veterinary Science, current registration with the relevant board, and at least 5+ years of clinical experience with a strong network of veterinary specialists and professionals.

Key responsibilities include creating and delivering product and nutrition training for staff, advisors, sales representatives, and university ambassadors, delivering nutrition training, developing digital educational resources for key accounts and universities, and engaging with media to educate audiences on pet nutrition.

As a Scientific Veterinarian, you will be responsible for building relationships with influential Key Opinion Leaders and university hospitals aligned with local strategies, serving as the technical expert for sales teams, and training and coaching territory managers on the Royal Canin portfolio.

Requirements:

Working Conditions:

This role involves approximately 25% travel, primarily within South East Queensland, with occasional interstate travel.
