About the Role

Our organization is a leading animal health technology and services company dedicated to advancing veterinary medicine.

We have a long history of innovation, continuous improvement, and excellence in customer service. Our Global Technology Solutions team is entering an exciting growth phase as we launch our new cloud Practice Information Management System to valued vet clinic customers.

This role would suit experienced Implementations professionals or senior Vet Nurses/Practice Managers with an interest in technology.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of business, software, hardware, data and solution consultants to deliver profitable, sustainable, timely and customer value-driven service engagements.
  • Collaborating with sales teams to define customer needs, custom solutions and generate orders.
  • Working with product & Engineer teams locally and globally to develop efficient, customer-centric delivery methods.
  • Driving effective resource allocation and coordination to deliver successful engagements.
  • Building a high-performance team culture through regular assessment of team performance, setting objectives and establishing development plans.
  • Implementing effective knowledge management to enable new starters to quickly become productive and specialists to grow knowledge across industry best practices.
  • Managing customer escalations, complaints, and service delivery issues while driving efficiencies through process maturity and continuous process improvement.
Requirements

To be successful, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications (preferred though not essential) combined with at least three years leadership experience in a services organization.
  • Demonstrated success in building high-performing teams, talent development, and navigating change management processes.
  • Experience managing service delivery to enterprise customers and small to medium-sized businesses, as well as technical consultants.
  • A deep understanding of veterinary market and practice workflows.
  • Previous experience within an IT Service Management or ITIL environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to manage all levels of customers and internal stakeholders.
  • A proven ability to handle and defuse pressure and conflict.
