Transplant Coordinator Role

The Transplant Coordinator will work collaboratively with the transplant team to coordinate patient journeys from transplant workup to post-transplant care.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate transplant workup, donor search, and donor-related quality requirements
  2. Work closely with the wider senior oncology nursing and allied teams to expedite the patient journey
  3. Develop and implement strategies to enhance transplant services
Key Qualifications
  • Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) grade 2 qualification
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
